This is the final assignment of “Global Englishes” subject.
The word count no less than 3000 words or more than 4000 words.
I choose option 2 which is in the next page but I feel like I did not follow the instructions of the question.
I only used the resources that the lecturer provided in the class as readings and really need to add extra external resources as the lecturer (refer to the criteria) expect me to have further readings.
Please read the task description and the marking criteria to give you a clear idea of what is needed to be done and to see if the paper meets these criteria and the option I have chosen.

You must design a direct mail package that consists of a direct-response marketing letter and a brochure. If you wish, you can include other incentives to make your package more effective.

Remember to cite any images that you do not own and do not use images that are copyrighted by another entity unless you have permission to do so. You can use MS Office clipart if you wish.

Remember that these ads must go with the copy platform you designed in Assignment #1. You only need to submit the materials you have designed for this assignment. No additional strategy is required.

1) If you were in the characters’ place, would you have taken the same actions (not saluting the flag)?
2) What is the value of disagreement and opposition? How should they be expressed?
3) What do you think stops people from taking action when their principles are violated?

Process Mapping: Students are required to research an existing health care organization of their choice. In your research you should identify a quality improvement (QI) initiative that will improve the way patient care is delivered at the facility. The QI can be the result of organizational need, accreditation standards, and/or regulatory requirements.

Instructions: Clearly state the specific QI objective. Provide a brief description articulating why the QI is important and how the quality of patient care will be improved as a result of the QI. In addition, identify an executive, team lead, and staff member as the stakeholders who are responsible for the implementation of the QI. It will be necessary to generate a flow chart that specifically emphasizes the steps necessary for implementing the QI as well as the position that is most appropriate for performing the tasks and exact duties of the step.

The number of pages is undefined. Must simply follow the outline. Outline due in 8 hours. Speech due March 23rd.

Your research paper will demonstrate your ability to analyze a work of literature and its socio-historical context. The papers will be 4-5 pages long. You may select your own topic but do not write on any work we cover in class. You are strongly encouraged to use other sources if you would like, but I am more concerned that you develop your own argument. Your thesis should be your own idea, so consult other sources after crafting a working thesis. Use critics to support your idea.

Content, use of primary and secondary sources, organization, grammar, syntax, and diction are all important considerations in determining your grade. Your essay should be 1300-1500 words (4-5 pages), conform to citation guidelines (MLA, APA, whatever citation style you use in your major), include a reference page, and be typed in 12 point Times New Roman font with standard 1.0 inch margins. ODU’s Computer Labs can be used by all ODU students who present valid campus identification cards, so no paper will be accepted that has not been typed, spell-checked and grammar-checked. Papers should be submitted using Blackboard. Remember to underline your thesis statement and avoid contractions.

This paper should present your own in-depth interpretation of a particular thematic or technical aspect of the work(s) you choose. You may focus on one particular feature of one work or you may present your own in-depth study of a theme or technique as it is used in two or more of the works we have read. For example, you might analyze the role a particular image or symbol plays in the work(s) you’ve picked. You might choose to examine the intersection of history, politics, and literature in one or more of the works we have read. Or you might analyze the function of one or more secondary characters.

Whatever you decide to do, remember that this essay is argumentative. That is to say, you will need to convince the reader that the topic you are presenting is significant and that it works the way you say it does. How convincing you are depends on how well you use the material at your disposal. That material should be drawn primarily from the work you have chosen, but you should also consult other research sources.

This paper should be mainly an interpretive paper; it is not a review or summary of criticism on a work. Use material from the other resources you select to support your interpretation or to raise additional critical issues.

Frederick Douglass’s Narrative in light of Fitzhugh.
Based on evidence from his Narrative, discuss how Frederick Douglass would have responded to the following claims by George Fitzhugh.
Your answer should:
Introduce both authors.
Contextualize their ideas by incorporating what you have learned in the course so far.
Provide specific examples to back up your claims. Provide appropriate citations.

“The negro slaves of the South are the happiest, and in some sense, the freest people in the world. The children and the aged and infirm work not at all, and yet have all the comforts and necessaries of life provided for them. They enjoy liberty, because they are oppressed neither by care or labor. The women do little hard work, and are protected from the despotism of their husbands by their masters. As a nurse leader, you need to have the skills and knowledge to collaborate and communicate with those who plan for and manage change. This capacity is valuable in any health care setting and for many different types of change. Furthermore, it is essential to be able to evaluate a change effort and determine if it is promoting improved outcomes and making a positive difference within the department or unit, or for the organization as a whole.
