Using the Ashford University Library, locate and discuss a scholarly article that describes a successful change initiative within an organization. Next, locate and discuss a scholarly article that describes a failed change initiative within an organization. Compare and contrast the implementation theories used for the change events discussed in the two articles. Provide a summation of what could have been done to make the failed initiative a success.
Your paper should be three to four pages in length (excluding the title and reference pages). Your paper must be formatted according to APA style as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center, and it must include references and in-text citations for at least two scholarly sources from the Ashford University Library, in addition to the course text.

The research paper topic is on Treason and Related Offenses focusing on Trading with the Enemy. You can mention cases such as United States v. Lindh in the paper. I will upload the grading criteria and what’s expected in the paper. This is due in 4 weeks so there is no rush for me.

3.Now, within this area, you need to focus on something more specific: social media, Native Americans and other indigenous peoples, legal vs. illegal migration, permanent refugees in the Middle East. Remember, it has to be GLOBAL IN PERSPECTIVE! Again, come up with your own particular focus! .

PURPOSE

The purpose of this activity is to provide students an opportunity to present their NP evidence-based project in a poster format with a short, recorded presentation. The Poster Presentation assignment will include all aspects of the project, except analysis, which will be completed in NR 706

A) Introduction (1/2 to 1 page)
This section provides a brief overview of your paper, including an outline of the reason you’re interested in doing the study and what you hope to learn.
B) Research Problem/Phenomenon (2 pages)
This section answers the question:
“What is the problem that we’re studying?” or “What is the phenomenon we are studying?”and
“WHY is this an important problem or phenomenon to study?”

C) Communication Literature Review (2 pages)
This section answers the question:
“What concepts from IP comm will help to shed light on this problem or phenomenon?”
and
“What previous research using these IP concepts has already been done?”
You must use approximately half of your sources to section of the paper, This section demonstrates to your reader(s) that you are familiar with IP communication research that is related and relevant to your topic, and are building from existing research rather than reproducing something that has already been done.

The purpose of this milestone is for students to begin their firm analysis from a microeconomic perspective, applying concepts learned in Modules One, Two, and Three. n Chapter 4 of your text, we are discussing the different qualities, arrangements and functions of lines. Line is imbued in the work of contemporary artist, Matthew Ritchie. His work blurs the lines between what is a drawing, painting, sculpture and installation. He creates entire environments based on the properties of line and how line can be structured.
