Many real estate agents today have Web sites that list the properties they have for sale. These agents also advertise the properties on the web sites Realtor.com (Realtor.com, 2012) and 
sometimes in television ads. However, most real estate agents would tell you that personal contact provides their most important connections with clients, 
potential clients, and client referral sources. Describe what real estate agents can best accomplish through:
1. Their Web sites,
2. Mass media 
advertising
3. Personal contact.

Now that the identified research question and literature evaluation regarding the issue is done and attached, design a study to answer the questions. For this project, you will detail the data, methods, and analyses required to answer the research questions. In writing the research design section, be sure to address the following points:
• Specify the approach that will be taken to address the question. Specifically, state the design that will be used—a qualitative or quantitative design—and specify whether a mixed methods approach will be used.
• Explain how the approach that fits into the research problem. In other words, explain how this approach to data collection will help you achieve the research objective.
• While data will not be collected for this project, this exercise is designed to explore every area of the research process. Therefore, given the research design, indicate whether you would collect your own data (primary) or use data generated from another source (secondary) to execute your research. Use historical data using agency records (Research review) (Maxfield & Babbie, 2015, p. 331).
• Identify whether the data was (or will be) collected through a case study, survey, interview, cohort study, longitudinal study, or some other method.
• Provide a rationale for why this data was chosen and methods and how they will serve to answer the research question.
• While you will not be analyzing data for this project, it is important to identify concepts and variables that are central to addressing your research questions. Describe how one would analyze the data if one were to actually execute the research design that has been created. Specifically, identify variables of importance and the statistical methods employed to analyze them.
• Identify the benefits and drawbacks of the research design.

Question 1: Growth Models

Using your favorite Web search tool, find examples of countries for each population growth model (rapid, slow, zero). Use examples other than the ones described in the text or the lecture. What evidence can you find to support your choices? What problems/challenges/opportunities do these countries face in the next 10–20 years as a result of their particular class of growth? Be prepared to discuss ways in which countries might plan to regulate or restructure their growth rates to better adapt to their resources and needs.

Question 2: Environmental Problems

Use the Internet to find an environmentally related problem that is happening in your area. Present information about the history behind this problem including what factors led to its occurring and who might be responsible for it. Share what is being done to solve the problem and how effective those efforts are. Present ideas for how you might have handled the situation in the first place to prevent the problem or what you might do now to help solve it. Be prepared to discuss the classes of environmental problems that seem to be widespread and recurring across our country and the world.

Police Technology

New technology represents an important “force multiplier” for police agencies. Recent advances in the arena of high-tech gadgetry, software, and hardware may allow police departments to gain critical advances in the areas of response times, productivity, and safety. Police administrators realize that criminals are becoming more sophisticated and, as a result, police agencies must also increase their knowledge and use of technology if they are to keep pace with today’s criminal. In addition, the recent reduction in many law enforcement budgets has highlighted the need for greater use of technology in an effort to “work smarter” through the application of technology resources.
Chapter 14 –Technology Review, and Chapter 15 – Focus on the Future, provide exploration and analysis of the important technology advances and applications in the field of law enforcement. The chapters reveal advances in technology, from computer information and application systems, to gadgetry or tools that will aid in the capture of criminals, and aid in limiting or eliminating potential injuries to officers and the suspects that they intend to detain or arrest.
The paper should contain a cover page and a list of at least 3 – 5 references in APA format.
Compose a paper that identifies the most useful and potentially beneficial emergent, or currently applied, technology that you believe will aid law enforcement in the performance of their public-safety mission. In the course of the paper, please identify 4 technologies and explain their applied value to police agencies.
As an example, if you identify a technology that is a suspect apprehension tool, please explain the value of the gadget (i.e., Taser), how it is applied in the field, why it is of demonstrated benefit to officers, and, finally what you believe the impact of the use of the technology item will be to both the law enforcement agency and also the public that they serve. The same principles would apply for computer software or hardware components. Again, the key is to fully explain the usefulness of the items in their application and benefit to the law enforcement field.

Develop a clinical question related to your area of practice that you would like to explore.
Consider what you currently know about this topic. What additional information would you need to answer the question?
Using the continuum of data, information, knowledge, and wisdom, determine how you would go about researching your question.
Explore the available databases in the Walden Library. Identify which of these databases you would use to find the information or data you need.
Once you have identified useful databases, how would you go about finding the most relevant articles and information?

Consider how you would extract the relevant information from the articles.
How would you take the information and organize it in a way that was useful? How could you take the step from simply having useful knowledge to gaining wisdom?

Describe the internal and external factors that cause change in a business organization ?
Describe resistance to change in a business organisation ?
Describe how to manage resistance to change in a business organisation ?

Paper Title:- Legal and Ethical Considerations in Marketing, Product Safety, and Intellectual Property
You are a new associate at the law firm of Dewey, Chetum, and Howe. John, a former researcher at PharmaCARE, comes to your office. He has concerns about PharmaCARE’s use of AD23, one of the company’s top-selling diabetes drugs. Two (2) years ago, after PharmaCARE’s research indicated that AD23 might also slow the progression of Alzheimer’s disease, John and his team of pharmacists began reformulating the drug to maximize that effect. In order to avoid the Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) scrutiny, PharmaCARE established a wholly-owned subsidiary, CompCARE, to operate as a compounding pharmacy to sell the new formulation to individuals on a prescription basis. CompCARE established itself in a suburban office park near its parent’s headquarters. To conserve money and time, CompCARE did a quick, low-cost renovation.
CompCARE benefited from PharmaCARE’s reputation, databases, networks, and sales and marketing expertise, and within six (6) months had the medical community buzzing about AD23. Demand soared, particularly among Medicare, Medicaid, and Veterans Affairs patients. Seeing the opportunity to realize even more profit, CompCARE began advertising AD23 directly to consumers and marketing the drug directly to hospitals, clinics, and physician offices, even though compounding pharmacies are not permitted to sell drugs in bulk for general use. To circumvent this technicality, CompCARE encouraged doctors to fax lists of fictitious patient names to CompCARE. PharmaCARE sold CompCARE to WellCo, a large drugstore chain, just weeks before AD23 was publicly linked to over 200 cardiac deaths.
As CompCARE and its new parent company enjoyed record profits and PharmaCARE’s stock price approached $300 per share, reports started surfacing that people who received AD23 seemed to be suffering heart attacks at an alarming rate. The company ignored this data and continued filling large orders and paying huge bonuses to all the executives and managers, including John, whose wife recently died from a heart attack after using AD23.
John has come to you with an internal company memo describing the potential problems with AD23, and information describing the company’s willingness “roll the dice” and continue to market the drug.
Your senior partner has asked you to write a memo outlining the following issues for review by the senior partners.

In preparation for this assignment, use the Internet or Strayer Library to research examples of intellectual property theft that occurred within the past two (2) years.
Write an eight (8) page paper in which you:
1. Research three to five ethical issues relating to marketing and advertising, intellectual property, and regulation of product safety and examine whether PharmaCARE violated any of the issues in question.
2. Argue for or against Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) marketing by drug companies. Provide support for your response.
3. Determine the parties responsible for regulating compounding pharmacies under the current regulatory scheme, the actions that either these parties or the FDA could / should have taken in this scenario, and whether PharmaCARE could face legal exposure surrounding its practices. Support your response.
4. Analyze the manner in which PharmaCARE used U.S. law to protect its own intellectual property and if John has any claim to being the true “inventor” of AD23. Suggest at least three (3) ways the company could compensate John for the use of his intellectual property.
5. Summarize at least one (1) current example (within the past two [2] years) of intellectual property theft, and examine the effect on that company’s brand.
6. Analyze the potential issue surrounding the death of John’s wife and other potential litigants against PharmaCARE as a result of AD23.
7. Specify both the major arguments that John can make to claim that he is a whistleblower and the type of protections that he should be afforded. Justify your response.
