Inappropriate prescribing of hypnotics.

The title is : Inappropriate prescribing of hypnotics. I will provide you links contains some relevant articles you need to get similar of them. I will provide also another article which is similar to what I need exactly to do but it has been done in beljium and I will do my work in UK. you need to look at the STOPP& START criteria and know that a lot of people have done a lot of work already looking at potentially inappropriate prescribing specially in elderly, you need to see if anymore can be done because a lot of things has been done. I need thing trendy about this topic. STOOPP&START covered everything, you need to see the references they are justification of my work and strong evidence. yhey modified these tools and there are something removed from this criteria. people of try to use the criteria and any problem that have a reason. so actually if you looked at these paper, have tried to change their habits or they only collected data. see STOOP intervention to see if there is somebody try to change people behaviours. so try to find any articles about interventions. the criteria exist, people of try to use the criteria to get people to reduse prescribing of hypnotics but have that this work? I will go to work with somebody in clinical commession groups to tell them about my idea. I mean, these criteria say you have to stop prescring of hypnotics but how can we help the GPs to implement this so you need to look at articles and say what methods they used to change prescribing and how effective these methods were? because even if I had a pharmacist went to the GP and I have been identified all these patients had been on hypnotics for ages, if I then highlight those and tell the doctors this is not likely you need to change your practice I need to have an interview with doctors to say what would help you. I hope you understand the idia

International Trade and Multinational Business

MODULE TEXTBOOK: International Business – Dennis R. Appleyard and Alfred J. Field 8th Edition

My assignment is to find trade data on one of these three countries: Germany, USA OR China.
Theories from my module must be applied to this data and used to help explain various trade patterns (Import/Export) and make some predictions for the future. The essay must cover the suitability of the theory and how well it can be applied to the nation’s trade patterns. Some theories (which will be listed) may be not suitable but it should be stated why they cannot be applied as well when compared to others.

Describe the factors of attraction. What attracts us to one another? Why are we less likely to befriend someone from another culture than someone from a similar background with a similar physical aesthetic?

Power of Love and Relationships

For this assignment, please address each of the items below:

1. Describe the factors of attraction. What attracts us to one another? Why are we less likely to befriend someone from another culture than someone from a similar background with a similar physical aesthetic? Be sure to identify and describe all six factors in attraction.

2. Discuss the human need to build bonds and relationships. Do we have an innate need to belong? If so, why? How is this need attached to our emotions, our social bonds, and our fear of deprivation?

3. Explain the three types of love: companionate, passionate, and compassionate. What are the differences and similarities among them? What is an example of each type? How does Sternberg’s Triangular Theory of Love distinguish romantic love, from empty love or infatuation? Please thoroughly address each of the components in Figure 12.1.

Define and describe the following terms: prejudice, stereotype, discrimination, and ingroup vs. outgroup.

Prejudice, Stereotypes, and Discrimination

In many cases, prejudice stems from the unknown. As individuals, we tend to migrate toward those who may look like us, act like us, and think like us. As a result, it may be difficult for us to open our minds and embrace those whose values, beliefs, and overall sense of self differ from our own.

For this assignment, compose a paper that is three to four pages in length. In your paper, discuss the impacts of prejudice, stereotypes, and discrimination in the context of social psychology. Be sure to address the following points:

1. Define and describe the following terms: prejudice, stereotype, discrimination, and ingroup vs. outgroup. Based on your own experiences in the social world, can you relate to any of these terms? Do you identify with a particular term? Why or why not?

2. Examine the social, cognitive, and societal origins of prejudice and stereotypes. Be sure to include specific information regarding categorization, such as ingroup favoritism and the outgroup homogeneity effect, norms, competition for resources, and social inequalities. Of the categories presented, which do you think are the most significant in our society and in your particular community?

3. Analyze the influences that promote stereotyping, and offer strategies to reduce prejudice. What are the consequences of stereotyping and discrimination? Who does this behavior hurt, and in what ways does it hurt them? Are we inadvertently creating self-fulfilling prophecies in our society? If so, how can we take steps to improve attitudes, judgments, and behaviors?

Describe the Characteristics of the Persuader: What influences our ability to become persuaded by someone?

Persuasion: Who, What, To Whom

In your textbook, Feenstra (2013) states, “In evaluating persuason we need to take into account where the message comes from, what the message contains, and the intended audience.” (p. 167).

For your assignment this week, construct a paper that provides an in-depth analysis of the three parts of persuasion. Address the following points in your paper:

1. Who – Describe the Characteristics of the Persuader: What influences our ability to become persuaded by someone? What specific characteristics must this person possess? Be sure to address the impact of credibility, physical attractiveness, and likeability in your response. Why do we respond well to those who possess such characteristics? Would we respond the same to an unattractive, angry, or non-credible person? Why not?

2. What – Discuss the Characteristics of the Message: What attributes are inherent in persuasive messages? How are we influenced by the emotion, framing, narratives, and rational appeals in the messaging we receive? What is the significance of the sleeper effect?

3. To Whom – Examine the Characteristics of the Audience: Why do different audiences perceive messages in different ways? What is the role of culture, gender, and self-esteem in this process? How does the elaboration likelihood model help to explain the relationship between the persuader, the message, and the audience?

4. Review the excerpt from p. 156 of your textbook, Social Psychology in Depth: Word of Mouth and Persuasion. How does the e-word of mouth phenomena illustrate the concepts above? Please be specific in your response.
