· The historical developments/events (a narrative timeline so to speak) that have influenced the court system’s move towards use technology for many different kinds of tasks and services,

Examine that budget in relation to actual experience. The relevant data are included in Table 17-18 in your course text. The department manager is pleased because the department has a favorable $120,000 cost variance. Evaluate the effectiveness claims of the manager using the budgetary variance mode described in Chapter 17. What is your analysis of the department manager’s performance? Explain your reasoning.
Assignment 2: Managerial Tasks in Strategy Execution
While companies must tailor their strategy-executing approaches to their particular situation, there are eight managerial tasks which are common elements in executing strategies. Review the eight components of strategy execution and develop a PowerPoint presentation which applies each of these components to an organization of your choice. Include at least three visual elements such as charts or graphs to complement your presentation.
Consider the following while developing your PowerPoint presentation:
•Discuss what is involved in performing the eight key managerial tasks that shape the process of implementing and executing strategy.
