Identify the current crimes and criminal issues that impact the criminal justice system on a global basis.

Write a 1,400- to 2,000-word paper that addresses the following:

Describe what worldwide criminal justice systems are doing to address the criminal issues you identified.
Find and summarize a news story covering either a cybercrime or a terrorism-related crime that occurred within the last 2 years that had a worldwide impact.
Discuss how worldwide criminal justice systems handled the crime.
Provide your opinion on the effectiveness of the systems’ response and include suggestions for future responses to combat or prevent these crimes.

This assignment’s purpose is to be able to research a topic further than just googling. The sources you use need to be academic. Further, your formating should be exactly what I am asking for.

First and foremost, you will be heavily graded on whether or not your sources are academic in nature. For each non-academic source I will deduct up to 20% off your grade. Since you need three sources, you stand to fail this assignment rather quickly if you don’t have the correct sources.

What are acceptable sources? All fields in science have peer reviewed publications, usually in the form of journals. This is how research and conlusions are presented. Peer reviewed means they have gone through a rigorous process and any conclusions presented have to include what methods were used as well as background and analysis. The supplemental readings I have provided in class have all been from such sources.

You are more than welcome to bring in publications from other disciplines.

In-text citation: This is a concept that eludes most people. If you are using an idea that is not common knowledge you need to provide a in-text citation (see style guide and assignment). When you are paraphrasing one of your sources, you need to cite. When you quote, you need to cite. When in doubt, cite. Not citing is called plagiarism. I will not deduct too heavily for the exact lack of citations, having a paper without any will have a negative effect on your grade.

1. Select an organization
The organization is a depot maintenance organization for military aircraft. A squadron provides a complete overhaul of F15 fighter jets for the stateside bases. which plans the schedule of the aircraft and create a budget to fit all of the repairs needed plus any unexpected issues once maintenance starts.
2. Identify a project for the organization that must be completed. This project will be used for the remaining Team assignments. Additionally, the plan will serve as an agreement between the following parties: Project Sponsor, Steering Committee, Project Manager, Project Team, and other personnel associated with and/or affected by the project.
The project is to find a way to cut down another 15% of the time while maintaining the same workload. In just the rewire portion of the modification the aircraft will have thousands of hours of work that has to be completed with in roughly 44 days. This company started out with the rewire modification taking 77 days and over the past few years have cut down days and hours of processes to get the aircraft to the other part of the full overhaul faster and back to its home station.
