The essay will be about one disappearing future, Jobs and Workplace Processes (Two Billion Jobs to Disappear by 2030). This article is attached below on page 27. Outlook 2015 an additional article related to the disappearing future.

Essay should be at least two pages in length . Discuss the importance of the future you chose and how it relates to technology trends. APA format, including a title, abstract, and refrence page. Be sure to list all sources in the reference page and use in-text citations where appropriate. The title, abstract, and reference pages are not included in the required minimum page length.

Reporting Practices and Ethics Paper Grading Criteria

Find two or three articles that address financial reporting practices and ethical standards in health care finance, including the following topics:

Generally accepted accounting principles
Corporate compliance, ethics, or fraud and abuse

Write a word paper on the financial management of health care organizations, integrating your research articles.

A contemporary issue facing technology innovation today is the tension between personal privacy and public security. Discuss in-depth how this issue effects and drives the development of devices or software. Provide at least one example. (Write at least 2 – 3 paragraphs)

Consider the following case study and answer the questions below.
An electric car is an automobile that uses electrical energy stored in batteries or another energy storage device that is propelled by one or more electric motors. Electric cars can significantly reduce air pollution, as they do not emit tailpipe pollutants and reduce in greenhouse gas and other emissions and reduce dependence on foreign oil. But widespread adoption of electric cars causes higher cost, lack of recharging infrastructure outside of home charging and range anxiety which is the driver’s fear that the electric energy stored in the batteries will run out before the driver reaches their destination, due to the limited range of the existing electric cars. The United States government also views energy efficient vehicles as environmentally friendly alternatives to vehicles that run purely on gasoline and provided tax credits to increase the popularity.
Identify and analyze the possible impacts (political, environmental, health, safety, cultural, economic) of the electric car technology on society (including individual, local, regional, or global context)? (Write 1 paragraph)
Engineers and technologists have a responsibility to add to the public discourse on technology issues (section 4.8 of your text). Choose the perspective of either an engineer working for a firm developing an electric car or an engineer working for an oil company. Address one of the ethical issues which arise from this impact using ideas presented throughout the text (environmentalism, cost-benefit analysis, social values, etc.). (Write 1 paragraph)

Question 3:
Consider a situation where “David” works for a US based firm in another Country “XYZ”. The government in Country XYZ assesses taxes at an exorbitant rate as the firms are expected to report only 70% of their actual earnings. If a firm reported its actual earnings, the taxes would force it out of business. David’s firm is considering whether it should adopt the local practice of dishonestly reporting its profits to Country XYZ, even though it would be illegal to do this in the United States. Whatever the decision, the firm will continue to report its profits honestly to the US government.
Describe ethical issues raised in this case? Be sure to address cross-cultural nature of the issues. (Write 1 paragraph)

Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) profiling is a laboratory method used by forensic scientists to determine the identification of individuals by their unique DNA signature. Also known as DNA testing, this method has been used to diagnose potential genetic disorders, identify heritage, and provide forensic evidence.

In nursing program curriculum the nursing metaparadigm is integral in the development of program philosophy and organizing framework. Nursing programs around the country continue to use nursing theory as a framework to communicate the value of knowledge and guide course outcomes. Nursing educators also use theoretical frameworks to evaluate the program for effectiveness and quality.

Foundations of a Compensation Strategy

The most effective compensation strategy is one that develops a clear link between the following components:

Job Description (i.e., work that an employee is expected to perform).
Performance Evaluation (i.e., work that the employee has performed).
External Salary Survey and Internal Salary Comparison (i.e., pay provided to each employee).

Examine the interrelationship between these three components by describing the purpose of each component and how it affects the others. Then explain how all three components would be used to determine the compensation for an employee. Your examination should include a salary evaluation for a position you are familiar with (Administrative Assistant, Human Resource Manager, Maintenance Worker, etc). The salary evaluation should give results for each of the three components and detail how pay is finally determined for this position based on the three components.
