To conclude your marketing plan, in Assignment 3, you will describe the company’s, marketing strategy, implementation strategy, expansion plan, social media strategy, monitoring methods, and integrated marketing communication strategy.

Write a six to seven (6-7) page paper in which you:

Develop the company’s branding, pricing, and distribution strategy.
Provide the following marketing strategy information:
Classify the company’s major competitors as inter- or intra-competitors. Categorize the competitors’ major strengths and weaknesses.
Develop the differentiation strategy in relation to the closest competitor.
Establish whether the company’s intention is to be a leader or follower within the industry.
Assess the level of impact that the salient macro-environmental issues (e.g., legal, technological, social, and economic, etc.) and trends with which the company must contend could potentially have on the company’s marketing strategy.
Discuss the marketing research tools that you used in your marketing strategy.
Construct an implementation strategy for your hypothetical company in which you specify the essential activities and responsibilities. Include a timetable for completion of each component of your strategy.
Develop a five (5) year expansion plan that includes future profitability and market share growth. Include necessary graphs to explain your plan.
Specify two (2) social media and / or media tools that you would use as you develop your plan. Justify each of your chosen tools.
Choose two (2) performance standards, two (2) monitory methods, and two (2) financial controls that you would implement that differ from the standards that you had provided in Assignment 1. Justify your choices.
Assess the potential for your company’s overall performance in relation to the marketing plan objectives.
Suggest the integrated marketing communications that are most relevant for your marketing plan. Relate each marketing communication to your company’s advertising strategy.
Use at least five (5) academic resources that address sustainability and monitoring of effective marketing plans and determine the applicability for your hypothetical company. These resources should be industry specific and relate to your chosen product / service. Note: Wikipedia and other Websites do not qualify as academic resources.

As a team, select one problem or opportunity from the company that has quantitative measures and can be evaluated using statistics. (Our opportunity that we chose to write about is Tyson food inc recently buying out Hilshire farms which gave Tyson jimmy dean sausage and several other brand names.) Include in the paper the comparison of the numbers that tyson inc did before buying out hilshire farm.
Individually submit a 350- to 700-word description of the team’s company and problem or opportunity.

4. Explain the differences between an accident and an incident. Give a real example of each that you might find on a construction worksite. How are they similar? You are welcome to search the internet or the OSHA website for examples.

The purpose of this lab is to construct a practical Colpitts RF Oscillator circuit with MultiSIM. The frequency of output waveforms will be measured using a virtual oscilloscope. Students will gain an appreciation for the effect biasing resistors have on the output frequency of an oscillator.

Three instructional plan templates constructed by a variety of leaders in education provide solid examples of what quality instructional plans should include. The work of Madeline Hunter dates the furthest back and is still used today, primarily in the elementary setting. Grant Wiggins and Jay McTighe provide a more modern approach to curriculum and lesson design with their model of Understanding by Design (UbD). Others, as modeled by the New York State Educational Department, work closely to align their instructional plans with the Common Core State Standards.

Analyze each instructional plan and structure a Word document, essay-style as such:

Introduction: Introduce the essential elements, purpose, and value of creating and following a high-quality instructional plan. Include a thesis stating your intent to highlight key elements of each respective plan as well as your intent to identify what you find to be the most effective plan while justifying your reasoning.

Body: Discuss the following for EACH instructional plan design. (Do not list—this is paragraph format without headings/subheadings.)

The source’s name (i.e.; Hunter).
Key components representing most essential instructional plan requirements (standard, objective, activities, assessments, etc.).
Unique components (What makes each plan different from the others? What is notably missing or added compared to the others?).
Description of how Gradual Release of Responsibility Model is or is not represented.
Description of how assessment is embedded and potentially supports informing a teacher of student mastery of the objective(s).
Evidence that the instruction plan stimulates critical thinking.

Your intent in this first part is to:

Inform the reader through the introduction and body.
Identify the instructional plan template that YOU believe is the most well-rounded and high-quality and justify your reasons with research and examples.

You are a business analyst employed by a large database management and consulting organization. Your job entails analysis of the available data that tends to vary considerably across clients in terms of volume and quality, with the goal of previously unknown insights or validating currently-held beliefs. One of your concerns is the validity and reliability of your conclusions; hence you are always careful about Type I and Type II errors.

Discuss the differences between Type I and Type II errors in the context of business decision making.
