Discuss this statement by focusing on one specific treatment modality.

My topic is electrical stimulation (Direct current) have an effect on chornic wound.
Discuss this statement by focusing on one specific treatment modality. The argument must answer the question. The paper should discuss the physiological underpinning of the students chosen treatment of focus. The student’s ability to discuss and argue will impact on the marks allocated. The student should clearly state the focus of the essay and key features to be discussed. The essay should use the most up to date literature to help formulate a critical discussion. However older papers can be used to give a historical perspective of the physiology, if the student wishes. The topic area should be discussed by the modular leader to ensure the focus is within the aims of the module and the work is of sufficient depth.

Employee turnover rates are high for many organizations, and you have noticed that the company you work for is no different.

All work done before are attached

Topic:

Employee turnover rates are high for many organizations, and you have noticed that the company you work for is no different. Research what other organizations are doing to hire and retain good employees in order to combat the high employee turnover rate. Use this research to make recommendations to the management of your organization.

This week, you will create a rough draft of the formal report that will include all the required sections of the report, along with in-text citations and the References page. Note that the executive summary and cover letter will be written and submitted in Week 6. The report must be organized and formatted correctly using guidelines in Chapter 10 and the sample report beginning on page 334 in the text as a model. To recap, the draft should include

  • a cover or title page;
  • a transmittal letter (not required for draft);
  • a table of contents;
  • a list of illustrations;
  • an executive summary (not required for draft);
  • an introduction;
  • discussion sections;
  • conclusions and recommendations;
  • a references page; and
  • an appendix (optional).

As noted, you are required to create or locate an appropriate technical illustration, such as a chart, graph, diagram, or schematic to help convey a point in the report. You may use a software application, such as Excel or Visio. You could also create an image or photograph using a digital camera or some graphics package.

You must import the illustration into the formal report. It should be labeled correctly with a title and caption. If you did not create the illustration yourself, be sure to include a proper citation

Establish a clear thesis about your topic as part of the introductory paragraph (often the thesis is the last thing one determines after doing the basic research and outline; however it will be placed in the first paragraph of your paper).

For the topic you choose:

  1. Establish a clear thesis about your topic as part of the introductory paragraph (often the thesis is the last thing one determines after doing the basic research and outline; however it will be placed in the first paragraph of your paper).
  2. This is a comparative essay. Comparison approached properly will require some critical thinking on your part. Use a point-by-point approach for the essay. That means, if comparing subject A with subject B, don’t do the first half of the essay on subject A and then the second half on subject B–that will seem like two (2) separate essays and comparisons will tend to get lost. Instead, you should be mentioning both subjects in most of your paragraphs as you compare them throughout the essay. Comparisons will identify similarities as well as contrasts.
  3. Do not try to do everything on your two (2) subjects. You should end up narrowing your focus to a few insights and issues about the subjects being compared. And, from those fairly specific points of comparison, you will develop a thesis and glean some lessons.
  4. Follow closely the instructions below for your specific topic.
  5. Include a concluding paragraph at the end. This paragraph will, in some way, refer back to the thesis established in your first paragraph, since now you have demonstrated and supported it. It may be here that you also include your observations relating your study to the modern workplace or society (see your topic). Try to finish with flair!
  6. Use at least three (3) good quality academic sources, with one (1) source being the class text. Note: Wikipedia and other similar Websites do not qualify as academic resources. You are highly encouraged to use the Resource Center tab at the top of your Blackboard page.

Topic Choice:

  • Comparing Ancient Female Rulers: Compare the Tang Empress Wu Zetian (also known as Empress Wu or as Wu Zhao; ruled China around 690-705 AD) with either the Pharaoh Cleopatra (ruled Egypt around 51-31 BC) or the Pharaoh Hatshepsut (ruled Egypt around 1478-1458 BC). You may also propose (for approval or not) a female ruler not listed. Avoid lengthy quoting or lengthy close paraphrasing from biographical sources. Make it YOUR comparative analysis. Your paper should:

a) Compare the two (2) rulers in terms of their situation and ascent to power, their methods of rule, and their achievements and resourcefulness, noting similarities and differences. Use specific examples.

b) Consider what your study suggests about the cultures over which they ruled, identifying any similarities and differences between the cultures.

c) From this comparison, suggest lessons about different types of effective leadership by a female in the world of modern business and / or modern politics.

The Project Paper will be graded on:

  1. The level to which the instructions were followed for the paper generally and for the specific topic.
  2. The establishment of a clear thesis about your topic.
  3. The adequacy and relevance of information, examples, and details which support the general thesis.
  4. Covering each part of the topic as instructed, including the comparisons, the consideration of ancient cultural differences, and the reflection on lessons for modern society or the modern workplace.
  5. The quality of your research and your persuasiveness using critical reasoning.
  6. The use and acknowledgement of a minimum of three (3) required references (the class textbook plus at least two (2) other quality academic sources) documented using the APA style –including both the use of a proper References list and the use of proper in-text citations.
  7. Adherence to standard rules of grammar, punctuation, paragraphing, and mechanics, and general clarity of presentation.

Your assignment must follow these formatting requirements:

  • Be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides. Both in-text citations and a References list are required. Citations and references must follow APA style format. Check with your professor for any additional instructions specific to the selected topic. (Note: Students can find APA style materials located in the course shell for guidance).
  • Include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student’s name, the professor’s name, the course title, and the date. The cover page and the reference page are not included in the required page length. For our purposes, you may omit any abstract page.

Explain what you know with certainty based on your results and draw conclusions.

just fallow the manual that i will upload it with file
you need to write the discussion following the experiment results that i’m going to upload
please make sure to do every thing related to that data

Procedures: steps (only without details) according to your work in the lab, DO NOT COPY
from the manual.

Discussion: this is a very important part of your report.
Typically the following questions must be answered:
- What do the results indicate clearly?
- What is the significance of these results?
- What have you found?
- Explain what you know with certainty based on your results and draw conclusions.

The presentation should have at least one graph and a headline that summarizes a key takeaway from the graph.

Requirement :
you will need to become familiar with specialized business intelligence (BI) software, then download the software. Complete the following steps to begin:
•Step 1: Watch an instructional video on the BI software.
•Step 2: Download the BI software. After you select the link, look for the orange icon in the upper right portion of your screen to begin the download.

Consider the following scenario:

The National Sales meeting is approaching. Each regional sales manager has to do a short presentation for the marketing department that highlights how the consumers in their territory are different from those in the total United States. You are still working with the local regional sales manager. Complete the following:
•Click here to download the reports for the United States. This file contains reports generated from a marketing organization’s Web site. The Web site provides free demographical services where one can choose from a variety of criteria and generate reports based on the U.S. Census data. This particular file contains 4 reports: General Summary, Census Trend 1980 to 2000 Summary, Occupation and Employment Summary, and Income Summary based on the entire United States.
•Click here to download the reports for zip code 60614. This particular file contains 4 reports: General Summary, Census Trend 1980 to 2000 Summary, Occupation and Employment Summary, and Income Summary based on the U.S. zip code 60614.
•Using all 4 demographic reports (General Summary, Census Trend 1980 to 2000 Summary, Occupation and Employment Summary, and Income Summary) for the United States and zip code 60614, prepare a 1-page memo explaining how your territory differs from the national profile. Feel free to note anything that you found surprising in this data.
•Use the business intelligence software to depict information from these reports.
•Prepare a presentation of 5of your major findings. You may group a category of data from the Total United States and zip code 60614, and create a graph to show how they differ. The presentation should have at least one graph and a headline that summarizes a key takeaway from the graph. The last page should contain at least 3 questions that you would want answered based on what you’ve seen in this comparison.

Your presentation should include 5–in PowerPoint, plus title and reference slides with speaker notes (200 words per slide).

Peer Response

Both ERP and MRP are regarded as two acronyms to deal with in the alphabet soup of IT which apply to manufacturing organizations. ERP that is stands for Enterprise Resource Planning is an Information system formulated to coordinate processes, information as well as resources within a firm. Material Requirement Planning (MRP) is an information system and inventory control system used by manufacturing firms to calculate adequate levels of inventory to assure that required materials are available when needed.  Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRPII) further evolved from MRP in order to calculate more precise manufacturing requirements of firms including shop floor control, scheduling, detailed capacity planning and such other calculations. Today’s ERP system evolved from yesterday’s manufacturing resource planning systems.  Material Resource Planning (MRPII) is a more specialized type of information system used specifically to plan the resources which are utilized in the manufacturing process of a firm and can include shop floor management, purchasing, bills of materials, quoting and work orders. ERP differs from MRP as it incorporates more features than its predecessors. Most ERP applications also have MRP abilities assembled in that incorporate work orders, quoting, bills of materials, shop floor management, materials management etc.

Determine which users on the network do not have the latest version (3.0) of internally developed Software Application D. E-mail users in need of the update, providing them with a download link where they can install the update.

Installation and updates of software applications can consume considerable time. Software vendors face challenges in software distribution and often turn to Internet solutions to provide their customers with readily available, easy-to-use software installations and updates. Network administrators face similar challenges within corporate network environments and can utilize many of the same techniques for software deployment.

Over the next 12 months, your company will be installing several new internally developed software applications and upgrading several others. You have been assigned the task of planning the deployment of these applications throughout the network. Your task for this project is to develop a software deployment plan with a focus on how scripting can be used to minimize the labor required to complete the deployments. The tasks you will plan for are as follows:

  • Provide all users on the network the ability to download and install Software Application A, Software Application B, and Software Application C, which are new, internally developed applications that have never been installed on any of the network workstation computers. Users should only be allowed to download Application A if they are in the Sales or Marketing departments, Application B if they are in Engineering or IT, or Application C for all others. Users who elect to download the software must first have their system checked to make sure it has at least 2 GB of memory and 250MB of free disk space, then successful installations must be recorded in a network-based database.
  • Determine which users on the network do not have the latest version (3.0) of internally developed Software Application D. E-mail users in need of the update, providing them with a download link where they can install the update. Record successful updates in a network-based database.

The project deliverables are:

  • Prepare a document to submit your work:
    • Use Microsoft Word.
    • Title page
      • Course number and name
      • Project name
      • Student name
      • Date
    • Task 1: Software installation:
      • Identify each subtask.
      • Discuss if and how scripting can be used to help complete each subtask.
      • Select appropriate scripting languages for subtasks that can be scripted, and justify your selection.
    • Task 2: Software update:
      • Identify each major subtask.
      • Discuss if and how scripting can be used to help complete each subtask.
      • Select appropriate scripting languages for subtasks that can be scripted, and justify your selection.
    • Provide well-documented source code for at least 1 of the subtasks for Task 1 or Task 2.

Historians have often characterized ancient civilizations as either primary or secondary civilizations, or as what I would call hydraulic or non-hydraulic civilizations.

Short Essay 1 Topic: Historians have often characterized ancient civilizations as either primary or secondary civilizations, or as what I would call hydraulic or non-hydraulic civilizations. Hydraulic civilizations are those that have had to learn how to manage and control the movement of water and in this regard, Mesopotamian, Egyptian, Indian and Chinese civilizations have been called hydraulic or primary civilizations. On the other hand, we have Greek and Roman civilization, which are largely derivative (secondary) civilizations that did not depend on managing the movement of water. What influences did managing the movement of water have on developing civilizations? How might geography and environment influence things like society, thought, politics, and religious beliefs? This question requires that you take a comparative approach and consider the Ancient Near East (also called Western Asia) as well as Egypt, India, China, Greece and Rome. You are basically asked to compare developments in hydraulic and non-hydraulic civilizations.

The essay is NOT about water – the essay is about the relationship between the existence or absence of major rivers and the development of civilizations – that explains the boldfaced text above.

Completed essays should target 750 words in length. Please include the following: an appropriate title and tile page; 1″ margins; double-space Times New Roman 12pt font; footnotes and bibliography must conform to the Turabian Cheat Sheet
