Despite our great will to offer you a voucher for the vocation to Kona Village Resort, the current change of climate conditions is a core challenge. Because of extremely snow accumulations in the country;

• Road conditions are incredibly bad and thus becoming very hard to travel and driving
• You may not have a chance to enjoy the trip as intended because the weather may affect your health (Ackerman & Knox, 2012).
• It is extremely cold to travel

With the mentioned reasons in mind, we wish to cancel the vocation and request you to refund the voucher. Given the projected changes in weather, we hope to organize a trip that will compensate the loss caused by the current weather condition.
