Students should submit ideas for approval to the instructor by the end of week two. Suggestions include, but are not limited to: for-profit businesses such as local restaurants, shops, or service providers as well as non-profit organizations like churches, schools, community organizations, service organizations, military-affiliated organizations, sports leagues, etc. Ask yourself: Where do I like to shop? Where do I like to eat? What organizations am I (or my family members) involved in? Choose something that has meaning to you, and that you will look forward to learning more about. address how/if the organization handles each applicable element of public relations currently, as well as suggestions and recommendations for improvement where appropriate. Support your recommendations with relevant research. Examine successful strategies that have been used by competitors or similar organizations.
