Due to expansion of its national certification programs, the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO) has an immediate opending for a Customer Service Representative.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing timely, complete and accurate responses to the high volume of employer and candidate inquiries about NCCCO’s national certificaton programs via telephone and email, or be able to refer such inquires to appropriate personnel. Position has room for growth.
Highly self-motivated, customer-oriented professional with excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication abilities. Skilled in delivering information with tact and discretion. Ability to thrive in small office environment.
Solid track record of customer service excellence.
Minimum five (5) years in telephone/email based customer service position. Certification program experience prefered.
