Your individual project for this semester is the development of a marketing plan around a product that each of you care deeply about and are very familiar with … yourselves!
This paper will be 10-12 pages of text, double-spaced, Times New Roman font, with 1″ margins all the way around. You should include a cover sheet (with your name please) and include page numbers.
What goes into your personal marketing plan? I’m glad you asked!
At the end of each chapter in the book, there is a personal marketing plan assignment. You can take as long as you would like to complete these assignments, but most of them should take you in the neighborhood of 20-30 minutes to complete (so plan accordingly). Your responses to these assignments should provide more content than needed to fill the 10-12 page requirement.
I would like each of you to complete the assignments corresponding to (at minimum) Chapters 1-3 by Tuesday of next week (3/22) and deposit your responses in the corresponding class dropbox. This should get you well on you way to completing the full assignment by the end of the semester. If you wish to complete the remaining assignments corresponding to the other chapters we cover over the remainder of the semester, I think you will find it makes the assignment easier, but that is ultimately your call.
PLEASE NOTE: Your finished product should integrate material from these responses in a narrative that makes sense. This implies that you should organize your personal marketing plan in a manner that enhances its professional appearance as well as structures the narrative (or story) you are telling in a way that engages your reader.
Attention, Please note that you are not supposed to upload any files with additional pages (extra instructions) until Administration informs you on the payment receipt.
