2) Definition/Etiology/Pathophysiology
What causes the disease; the differences between the normal and abnormal physiology caused by the disease. Correlate it with the normal physiology. Explain what changed from the normality.
3) Clinical Features
Describe the signs and symptoms of the disease. Example: fever, headaches, hypertension, etc. Explain the physiology of the symptoms and signs. Correlate them with what you learned so far.
4) Diagnosis
Any test done to confirm the presence of the disease. Example: MRI, blood test, etc.
5) Therapy
In the case of a cancer paper there is no need to explain the treatment for each stage of the cancer. A summary of all the possible medications (chemotherapy) and/or radiation is enough.
6) Prognosis
It is the estimated outcome of the treated disease.
7) Minimum References
