The group is requested to produce an assignment containing an introduction of their selected subject, primary and secondary objectives of the study, a complete section exclusively dedicated for an extensive literature review of the selected subject area, a section dedicated exclusively for the discussion of the main points derived out of the literature review with regards to the main topics covered in the course, linking the discussion of the selected points to topics such as the motive of strategic alliances, the type of strategic alliances, the time duration of a product or service enhancement, different steps and processes used as well as difficulties exposed to in terms of budget scarcity or difficulty of sharing resources between various entities of a particular alliance.
