a prompt answer/reaction is greatly appreciated.
the new piece should synthesised in a way it does not exceeds 1800 excludind the bibliography
see below areas for improvments
1. Explain your key thesis in the introduction i.e. what is your key conclusion overall

2. Some of the theories outlined are not fully applied to Apple – e.g contingency theory/situational leadership – You should explain more specifically how this theory may be applied

3. You have missed a trick by not including a more extensive section on critical theory – you have mentioned distributed leadership but why not discuss the post heroic view which dismisses leadership theory i.e. social construction, regime of truth etc … Why not be critical also of Steve Jobs/Apple in relation to ethics (i.e. factories in China – ) and gender diversity.

4. In your conclusion you should explain what your overall conclusion/thesis is. What have you uncovered?
