This is my role in the group assignment and the topic is Latent Conflict Sources of Conflict in Organizations
My role in the group project and what they need from me is the following:
3.Middle Manager roles will research the topics provided using the Internet. They may use any resource they like but researching specific companies ( as long as one does not currently work for them ) to see how modern business is actually putting these concepts to use is recommended . Proper citations are required APA Format.
4.write as many different websites about the topic as possible. Then, write a brief statement about each, describing how/why they selected that site and how it relates to the topic selected.
