Find out as much of the following as is possible: (This is a list off the top of my head – feel free to add anything at all that you find out that is important, that I should know, that’s interesting, exciting, etc.) 15/25 POINTS

• Examples of some events, activities
• General size description and overall property description.
• Theme/Décor/design of the operation – VIP

• Kinds of space; numbers of people it can hold. Number and type of rooms.
• All foodservice/restaurants/catering/beverage services offered. Describe briefly each one. Perhaps a few pictures?
• Entertainment offered.
• Recreation offered; area attractions
• Special programs and other services offered besides those mentioned above.
• HR information.
• Review all menu tabs on the web site and write up what you find.

• Appendix materials – example: pictures, brochure, interesting data, articles, layout of property, interesting events scheduled, calendar of events, etc. (5 POINTS)

Develop this in an informational format. Use a combination of paragraphs and bullets. Be creative in your presentation. Pictures are included in the Appendix, not the body. You will need as many pages as it takes to create a picture of this site for me. I can’t imagine it being more than 5 or 6?? but I do not want to limit you. Ask or show me your work if you aren’t sure. I’m certain 2 pages won’t do it.

In addition to the 5 or 6 pages of content, submit an Appendix of materials. This is where pictures belong along with any other supporting information you want to include.
