In a paper, identify and analyze the most important factors regarding initial selection methods. Are these methods effective? With less information becoming available on candidates, what tools are available to help recruiters in these selection decisions? Imagine you are a recruitment specialist attempting to develop a more effective selection system. Select five initial selection methods to carefully analyze. Recommend improvements that could be made to increase their effectiveness. Add to your discussion the factors that can cause potential discrimination against the applicant.
