Some questions to consider for the interview and subsequent discussion:

What is the relationship between fashion and gender? Do (you) women see their bodies as sources as despair or empowerment? How do (you) women actively challenge or contribute to popular ideas of beauty (do they adhere to a certain standard)? What do (you) women believe their bodies say about themselves? Do (you) they want to change their bodies? Do (you) they want to change the message that they may receive? How important is (your) the woman’s mobility and/or disability to her understanding of herself? How might (you) women resist these “beauty” ideals?
