Those the things that our professor told us to Add or fix in our project Report:
– Executive summary must be deleted and have to be done properly it should include the finding,identifying the problem…etc check the attachment (how to write executive summary) above and follow its guide lines in how to do a well structured and good executive summary .Furthermore,also check our PowerPoint for some of information if needed.
– Financial part Must include Cash flow statement and P&L (profit and loss statment).
– Add in the Appendix / include that we done a survey which indicates and results in that many flower shops in Kuwait are facing the issue/challenge of low rate of sales in the Summer sessions due to most people are traveling and are abroad(out of the Country).
– All of our Objectives were clear and met the SMART criteria however one of the objectives is not (SMART)enough which was (Increase the competitive advantage of the company packaging for (wedding, gathering, birthdays) by 2016.) <–This need to be fixed or changed,do as you see suitable.
– Check our power point it might help you with doing and revising the report.
