This is the second part to the Business Architecture project
• Identify the purpose of the site
• Design a site blueprint
• Design the wireframes of four pages: landing page, product/service page, cart page and about us page.
• Using the blue print and wireframes develop the four pages (you may do more) mentioned above in your chosen software (e.g. Weebly)
• Describe and illustrate in a diagram the method(s) of payment for your customers (this should ensure customer confirmation, security and trust)
• Enable e-commerce/payment features on the site
• Develop a workflow diagram to demonstrate the e-commerce process from the customer entering the site to receiving the product/service
• Create a workflow diagram to illustrate your approach to e-CRM, customer service and customisation/one-to-one marketing
• Add at least three e-CRM features to your site to create engagement, enhance customer experience and enable you to better understand and target your customers
