Adjustment to the new environment poses a big challenge ‘Importance of social support’ (Julie, 2007: 4). The biggest task for the students is to undertake the making of transition from high school to university. The adjustment has to be in terms of academics, social and personal adjustments. Social support from all the areas has to be incorporated. All the potential members have to take bold steps towards assisting student have a good life in the colleges. These strategies include centralized plans, cooperative efforts between government education, funding for outreach programs and marketing and access to visa. By having easy access of education visa then overseas countries will greatly increase. Domestic students and the international student face the same problems. Hence as we try to assist the international students the domestic students has to be put also into consideration. Professors have attributed to failure of international students to lack of class participation. Study indicated that the biggest problem is the language barrier (Ruby, 1999). Ruby postulated that the education system too has to be checked. Team work should be encouraged (Williamson, 1998).
