Unit 2- Reaction Paper
Prepare a two (2) page reaction paper regarding the focus of the assigned reading delineating the importance of personal reflection and self control with respect to competence in critical decision-making issues. Goleman expressed the importance of innovation with respect to increasing overall performance improvement strategies. The exploration of collective creativity will provide the necessary tools to properly evaluate this topic. Demonstrate in your analysis your comprehension of the following terms: self-awareness, self- control, self-confidence, and intuition, as illustrated in the prescribed readings.
