The Assignment
You and your partners have been assigned to do business in a foreign country. (Based on what you are studying, you can pick any business, i.e. culinary students may have an opportunity to work as chefs in a newly built hotel in Skopje, Macedonia; social workers may have the opportunity to deal with displaced youth in The Democratic Republic of The Congo, etc.).
A conflict arises at work between one or more of the locals and yourselves (you will make up this conflict with your group). How would you resolve the problem by applying the intercultural theories you have learned in this course? (You will devise a solution with your group.)
