All error-detection schemes attach additional error-detection data, based on a mathematical calculation, to the user’s message. The receiver performs the same calculation on incoming message, and if the results of the calculation do not match the error-detection data on the incoming message, an error has occurred. When is it appropriate to implement one error-detection scheme over another? Select one of the below network scenarios and develop a recommendation for implementing an error-detection scheme that best suits the scenario you choose. Address the advantages and disadvantages of the protocol and your rationale for choosing it. After posting your 500-600-word explication, read other student recommendations and post observations and feedback on at least two other student submissions. Two office computers connected via Ethernet layer2 switch, sharing a single DSL router and Internet connection.A rural business connects a single computer to a satellite Internet service provider and primarily conducts web browsing and research.A medical imaging company connects five digital imaging/scanning devices to a closed internal network where 30 computers located throughout the building can view digital imaging data in treatment rooms.A school has implemented network-based security cameras wired on a discrete Ethernet network that stretches across a mile-long campus.
